In the near future, a time when individuals with special abilities called “mutants” exist, a future special police force was established to combat mutant crimes. The protagonist, Kenichi, serves as an apprentice member under his childhood friends, Rurika and Sakura, as they strive each day to become full-fledged members of the force.
